This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of leverage, company size and managerial ownership on firm value at LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period.</em></p> <p><em>The research population is LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The sample in this study were 135 LQ 45 companies which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. Kesejahteraan anggota koperasi dapat dilihat dari sisa hasil usaha (SHU) yang diperoleh. Semakin besar SHU yang diperoleh maka kesejahteraan anggota akan terwujud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah anggota, modal sendiri, total aset terhadap SHU koperasi di Kecamatan Karangasem selama periode 2015-2019. Populasi penelitian adalah koperasi simpan pinjam yang tercatat di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Karangasem periode 2015-2019. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 koperasi simpan pinjam yang ditentukan berdasarkan <em>purposive sampling</em>. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji secara parsial bahwa variabel jumlah anggota berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap SHU yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,017. Variabel modal sendiri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap SHU yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, dan variabel total asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SHU yang ditunjukkan dengan milai signifikansi 0,504. This research aims to test and provide empirical evidence of the effect of cash turnover rates, credit turnover rates and savings growth rates on the profitability of LPDs in Sukawati District. The population used in this study were all LPDs in Sukawati District. The LPD population in Sukawati sub-district is 33 units which are determined based on the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that cash turnover rate, credit turnover rate and deposit growth rate have a positive and significant effect on profitability. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire and the sampling method used was saturated samples. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 22 for Windows.</em></p> <p><em>The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that when employees have a high responsibility for their work, it will be increased by an increase in employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that the better the facilities received by the employee will be followed by an increase in performance. Work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which indicates that fewer communication errors made by employees will increase employee performance.</em></p> <p><em>Based on these results, to optimize employee performance, policies or regulations are needed to maximize motivation, compensation and work conflicts. Research data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. At PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa has decreased employee productivity due to a lack of understanding and ability of employees to apply the development of work systems. This study aims to determine the effect of developing work systems and work ability partially and simultaneously on employee productivity. The location of this research at PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa. The population uses employees of PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa and a sample of 40 employees. The data analysis technique used the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. From the research results, the results obtained: (1) the development of work systems has a significant positive effect on employee productivity, where the regression coefficient value is 0.197 and a significance value is 0.036. (2) work ability has a significant positive effect on employee productivity, where the regression coefficient value is 0.369 and a significance value is 0.007. (3) simultaneous development of work systems, and have a significant effect on employee productivity, where a significance value of 0.000 is obtained. The amount of influence of the independent variables on employee productivity is 55.4%. The suggestions that can be given by researchers are PT.
